PAIN POINTS IN BUSINESS

To achieve a highly effective and efficient business environment, we need to be able to identify and eliminate the non-value-adding activities, which are also known as wastes, in our business processes and operations. The question is how do I do it and where should I start from? What are some of the tools that can guide me throughout this process?

WHAT YOU WILL BE LEARNING IN THIS PROGRAM

This Management 2.0 course will guide you through the Kaizen concept and provide you with tools, such as the PDCA Cycle, A3 template and many more that you can use to improve your organizational processes and develop your team of Kaizen practitioners.
