Stress is fast becoming a way or part of life. Almost all of us are subject to stress, regardless job role, age, social status or intellectual ability. Too much pressure and stress in the workplace can create effect on performance, creativity, motivation and communication. Additionally, we’re being judged by a new yardstick; not just by how smart we are, or by our training and expertise, but also by how well we handle ourselves with each other.

 

This program will encourage us to think about why this should be, what you can do to regain control, as well as become more effective in our personal life and at the workplace by managing both stress and the other emotions that make us who we are.
