What is HRDC Claimable Training?

 

HRDC (Human Resource Development Corporation), previously known as HRDF, is a government agency under Malaysia’s Ministry of Human Resources. It was set up to support employer-led training through a levy-based funding model.

 

Companies that register with HRD Corp pay a monthly levy. These funds can then be used to train their employees by attending HRDC certified training programs. This means the government helps cover the cost of training through a claims process, so long as the training is carried out by an HRDC approved training provider.

 

HRDC claimable training simply refers to these eligible training courses that businesses can claim for once they complete the program.
